Three Paley Rothman Attorneys Participated in Events held by the Business Law Section of the BAMC

Three Paley Rothman attorneys participated in recent events held by the Business Law Section of the Bar Association of Montgomery County (BAMC):

 Robert Maclay, the firm’s co-managing partner, was one of the faculty members for a long-format Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program entitled “Compensation & Incentive Plans - From Non-Qualified Stock Options to 409A.”

 Glenn Cooper, who co-chairs Paley Rothman’s LitigationAppellate and Family Law practice groups, was a featured speaker at the BAMC Annual Law Day on “Standards and Methods of Corporate Control in Maryland.”

 Deborah Cohn, a member of the firm’s Estate PlanningEstate Trust & Administration and Employee Benefits practice groups, participated in a roundtable discussion of “Estate and Succession Planning Considerations for Closely-held Businesses.”
