Three Paley Rothman attorneys participated in recent events held by the Business Law Section of the Bar Association of Montgomery County (BAMC):
— Robert Maclay, the firm’s co-managing partner, was one of the faculty members for a long-format Continuing Legal Education (CLE) program entitled “Compensation & Incentive Plans - From Non-Qualified Stock Options to 409A.”
— Glenn Cooper, who co-chairs Paley Rothman’s Litigation, Appellate and Family Law practice groups, was a featured speaker at the BAMC Annual Law Day on “Standards and Methods of Corporate Control in Maryland.”
— Deborah Cohn, a member of the firm’s Estate Planning, Estate Trust & Administration and Employee Benefits practice groups, participated in a roundtable discussion of “Estate and Succession Planning Considerations for Closely-held Businesses.”
