Paula Calimafde and Jessica Summers co-wrote an article that appeared in the September 2013 Maryland State Bar Association Bar Bulletin’s “Estate & Trust Law” focus section.
The piece, entitled “Six Worst Mistakes to Make with Beneficiary Designations,” addresses how people can ensure that their estate plan is carried out when it comes to who is to inherit their retirement plan and/or IRA assets and how that money will be paid out to those beneficiaries.
