David Shapiro Elected Vice Chair/Chair Elect of MSBA Business Law Section

David Shapiro, a member of the firm’s Corporate, Health Law and Employment Law practice groups, was recently elected Vice Chair/Chair Elect of the Business Law Section of the Maryland State Bar Association.
The Vice Chair/Chair Elect position is a leadership position for one of the largest sections of the Bar Association, with approximately 1,850 members. The purpose of the Business Law Section is to promote the objects of the Maryland State Bar Association within the field of corporation, banking and business law to bring together members of the Association have a special interest in that field and to further the study, development, and improvement of the law applicable thereto.
