Paley Rothman Elects Lynette Kleiza and Kevin D’Anna as Shareholders and Names Jennifer Pope as a Principal

BETHESDA, MD (May 27, 2022): Paley Rothman is pleased to announce that Lynette Kleiza and Kevin D'Anna have been elected as Shareholders and that Jennifer Pope has been elevated to Principal. 

Ms. Kleiza began her career at Paley Rothman as a Principal for the firm's Family Law and Litigation practice areas. Today, she represents clients in all areas of domestic relations law, including marital agreements, adoption, complex equitable distribution, LGBTQ matters, custody and visitation, relocation, child support, and spousal support. Ms. Kleiza was also recently named Chair of the Family Law practice group. 

Mr. D’Anna, who began his career at Paley Rothman while attending law school, is a member of the firm’s Corporate, Nonprofits, Science & Technology, and Real Estate practice groups. He regularly provides counsel in each of these areas, including general operation and governance of for-profit and nonprofit entities, business dispute resolutions, IP and technology licensing and transactions, private placements, the negotiation of employment relationships/separations, executive compensation, structuring and implementing corporate mergers and acquisitions, the negotiation of commercial lease agreements on behalf of tenants and landlords, and all other manners of commercial transactions. 

Ms. Pope joined the firm in 2019 as an Associate in the firm’s Estate Planning and Estate & Trust Administration practice groups before being promoted to Principal. She advises individuals, families, and small business owners on their estate planning needs and income tax planning, creditor protection, protecting assets for those with disabilities, and the particular needs of blended families.
