Jase Tilley Provides Commentary for The Daily Record Article Regarding MD Courts Returning To Normal

Paley Rothman's Attorney, Jase Tilley provided commentary for The Daily Record article, “Maryland courts return to pre-COVID operation status” by Madeleine O'Neill on March 29, 2022.

The publication examines the final step taken in the Maryland court's five-phase process for reverting operations back to normal.

“I certainly can’t predict the future, but I would think that virtual hearings are here to stay going forward,” Tilley said. “I think that they do lend increased efficiency in a lot of ways, particularly in administrative tasks and other quicker things that can be done on a virtual basis.”
