James Rathvon and Cristen Rose Join Paley Rothman as Principals

James Rathvon and Cristen Rose have joined the firm as principals, creating and heading the Regulatory Law & Litigation Practice group that focuses on environmental, chemical, food and drug and consumer product regulatory and litigation matters.

Each has extensive experience handling matters related to products regulated by the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), the Federal Food Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA), the Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA) and other complex federal regulatory programs. Both attorneys come to Paley Rothman from DLA Piper, one of the largest law firms in the world, where they were partners in Government Affairs and Litigation practice groups.
