Jim Hammerschmidt, a member of the firm’s Litigation, Appellate, Employment Law and Family Law practice groups, is serving as the Deputy Chair of the Federal Bar Association Labor & Employment Law Section Board of Governors.
The Board is comprised of standing committees and varying numbers of special committees addressing issues in labor/labor relations law as well as all aspects of employment law. Jim, along with fellow Employment Law group member Hope Eastman, contributed all of the editorial content for the Fall 2008 issue of the Maryland State Bar Association Labor & Employment Law Section newsletter.
