Allison Lee contributed an article to the September 2012 Maryland State Bar Association Bar Bulletin’s focus section on “Estate and Trust Law.”
The piece was entitled “Reproductive Technology Applications Outpacing Estate Planning Legislation” and dealt with how state law is now treating posthumously-conceived children in conjunction with this rapidly developing and increasingly controversial field.
