Paul, who Chairs the firm's Tax practice group and is a member of the Estate Planning, Estate & Trust Administration, and Nonprofit groups, participated in the day-long conference, titled: "Tax and Immigration Planning and Compliance for High Net Worth Individuals Acquiring U.S. Citizenship, Green Cards and Expatriating." Paul was on a panel and covered the tax compliance portion of the program which covered taxpayers with undisclosed offshore accounts/holdings, and various remedied strategies to avoid or reduce impact of often harsh penalties that can be applied absent timely disclosure.
