This live webinar provided an overview of the DOL’s newly released overtime rules and recommendations for businesses on what steps they need to take before the rules go into effect in December 2016. The rules may seem simple, however implementation is anything but.
Hope Eastman, Jim Hammerschmidt and Jessica Summers hosted a live webinar on the DOL's newly released overtime rules for business, what the changes are, and the implications of these changes. The webinar lasted 30 minutes, with 15 minutes for questions. Hope and Jim are Co-Chairs of the firm's Employment Law group, and Jessie is an Associate in the department.
