Estate Planning Attorney, Michelle Chapin, will present an updated chapter, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, of the MSBA’s 2023 publication, “Using & Drafting Trusts in Estate Planning,” virtually on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at 9:00 A.M.
This virtual presentation will highlight specific trusts, what they are used for, how they fit into an estate plan, and the specific conditions governing each.
Michelle Chapin is a Principal in Paley Rothman's Estate Planning, Estate & Trust Administration, Tax, and Corporate practice groups, advising individuals, families, and small business owners regarding their estate and gift planning needs.
