Bibi Berry served as faculty at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Expert Witness Skills Workshop on September 12-13, 2014. Attendees received one-on-one feedback from lawyers, judges and financial experts during the three day conference, using a realistic courtroom atmosphere to address strengths and challenges of being an expert business evaluation witness.
In her capacity as faculty, Bibi coached participants on effective testimony during direct examination, provided techniques for testifying on cross, modeled direct and cross examinations and provided feedback to the prospective expert witnesses. Bibi (former Principal) was a member of the firm’s Family Law practice group.
