Back to Work after the Pandemic: A Legal & Practical Approach

Scott Mirsky, Principal

Scott Mirsky was a panelist at Association of Language Companies’ 19th Annual Summit/Digital Summit. The panel discussed the dilemmas faced by business owners who must decide the extent that employees will be required to return to the workplace: how to prepare, break the news, and handle objections. They also discussed how in-person work benefits businesses both large and small vs. the benefits of telework, and the sacrifices required for each alternative.  How can businesses deal with the issues of communication, team connections, collaboration, and the separation of work and family life? How do businesses prepare for employees returning to work – employee feedback, workplace safety plans, objections, and potential ADA restrictions?

Additionally, Scott went into detail on the top legal issues employers should keep in mind when considering a vaccine mandate.

Scott Mirsky is a Principal in the firm’s Employment Law and Litigation practice groups.
