Jim Hammerschmidt was a panelist for a webinar through the Montgomery County Medical Society and discussed strategies for COVID-19 vaccine mandates, legal ramifications and more on February 9, 2021.
Vaccines for COVID-19 are now available, but some practice personnel express low confidence in its efficacy or safety. This CME presentation discussed strategies for addressing vaccine hesitancy, approaches to open conversation with practice staff, the role of the physician leader in the practice, as well as an overview of the legal ramifications of various vaccine personnel policies, such as mandatory vaccination and vaccination incentives.
Jim Hammerschmidt is Co-President of the firm and Chair of the Employment Law group.
