A Focus on Income, Gift and Estate Planning for Entrepreneurs—What Is New, Different or Passe’?

The United Jewish Endowment Fund is committed to fostering relationships with estate planning attorneys, wealth managers, insurance and allied professionals in the community. On October 1, 2015, they hosted a breakfast at Paley Rothman with guest speaker Stefan Tucker.

With a full house of about 45 guests, Mr. Tucker offered an interactive learning session, entitled “A Focus on Income, Gift and Estate Planning for Entrepreneurs—What Is New, Different or Passe’?” Mr. Tucker has extensive experience in asset protection and preservation, estate planning, and Federal and state income, estate and gifting taxation. He served as Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Taxation from 1998 to 1999, having previously served as Chair-Elect, as its Vice-Chair/Committee Operations, as a member of its Council, and as Chair of its Committees on Real Estate and Continuing Legal Education.
