Karen Beck, the managing paralegal for Presidential Title since 2000, has more than 30 years of title insurance experience. Her background includes every facet of the settlement and title insurance process, and she has assisted in closing purchase/sale, loan, 1032 Tax Deferred Exchanges among many others. She has also handled defeasance transactions up to $20 million, maintaining responsibility for, among other things, the management and oversight of transaction funds as well as the escrow accounts related thereto.
