Brandon Hallmark has more than ten years of experience in civil litigation support in both the local state and federal courts, from the trial level through appeals to the U.S. Supreme Court. He manages electronic and paper discovery review and process, and routinely conducts statutory and procedural rules research. Brandon frequently assists in drafting factual motions and discovery matters and is often the first to reach out to clients when these filings are necessary. Brandon also regularly attends conventions and events on behalf of the firm, such as the firm’s sponsorship of Equality Maryland. He is a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee and believes that the firm’s different perspectives and background makes Paley Rothman a stronger advocate in the legal field.
