Several Paley Rothman Attorneys Speak at CLE Courses in MD and DC
Deborah Cohn, Linda Schwartz, Mark Binstock and Roy Niedermayer all spoke at various continuing legal education courses throughout Maryland and Washington D.C.
Deborah Cohn, who is a member of the Estate Planning, Estate & Trust Administration and Tax practice groups, participated in a D.C. Bar Continuing Legal Education (CLE) “Basic Estate Planning Series” course in which she presented “The Will & Estate Plan for Married Couples Whose Combined Estate Ranges Between $2 and $ 7 Million.”
Linda Schwartz, a speaker at a MICPEL (Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers) event on “Real Estate 101 for Estates and Trusts Lawyers,” chairs the firm’s Professional Ethics & Discipline practice group and also is a senior member of the Real Estate and Estate Planning groups.
Mark Binstock and Roy Niedermayer, both members of the firm’s Litigation practice group, lectured at a Maryland State Bar Association event on identifying issues in implementing estate plans, how to avoid future litigation and ethical traps facing today’s practitioners in the area of Estates and Trusts.
